Re: One more for sale on Ebay in the USA - unknown VIN

Is it worth all the hassle, assuming someone pays the 82k you're not going to get much change out of 115k to get it it back to UK and on the road. Was the car registered at any time in the UK, because the duty i beleive would be reduced if it were a returning car that was manufactured and registered...

Re: One more for sale on Ebay in the USA - unknown VIN

Shame about all the import duties and vat involved ;) would be a nice car for someone in the UK to own at £82k I heard somewhere that there are ways around all the import duties, one of which is to completely dismantle a car and bring it over as spare parts and then reassemble it:?: no idea if thats...

Idle speed control valve

It was such a nice day today that i decided to take 194 out for the day, cant beleive its still so mild for this time of the year considering what it was like last November. The car ran very well, but it doesnt want to idle now, starts fine. I assume the fault could be the idle speed control valve, ...

Re: Racing Puma X7FRP

Great photos all round - LOVE the 6R4 rep - I bet that is fun, how on earth did they get it all to fit ? Quite clever realy, it's basically a Sierra XR4x4 shell that was stripped of it's outer bodywork and then the front and rear chassis, rails etc professionaly modified and shortened to accept the...

Re: which tyres for rs200

My car has Marshal Power Racer-II, 245/45 ZR16 on the Speedline split rims, they are directional tyres and seem a good tyre, although i would'nt say i am a tyre expert ;)
