RS200 Evo For sale

Post by SeiPokGuy »

Not my car, I found this on a German dealer site.
I recognize the first picture and I think this car was once for sale in the US?

First picture in ad is from this car on the database.

That's a KILLER price for this car, but I would buy it if I had the money!

Thanks but this is a repost... This car has been for sale by Elite for over a year now. Considering the price tag it's not surprising it's still there.

You don't want to buy that!

Jeremy Clarkson crashed it.

I notice they didn't mention that in the write-up.

Mmmm

I thought that would get a mention sooner or later!
Luckily it was only the chin spoiler that got damaged - I think Jezza's pride took a far greater hit ;) .

Hi Chris, welcome to the rs200.org forums. :-)

Could you elaborate please? I went once to visit Elite to view a car but did not ever live the customer experience. They were not particularly friendly and they gave the impression as though they really don't need to sell.

Did you buy a car from them? Was the after-sales service poor?

Cheers,
chris

hi klaus
cant say too much becoz hes a very legal person . hypothetically speaking and of course nothing whatsoever to do with elite.... normally when u buy a new car you expect is to actually be new and not 3 years old. unfortunately the sharks amongst the dealers dont to translate to foreigners who dont understand german that if you cancel the contract (lets say hypothetically that you cancel becoz your "new" car is 3 years old with 0 miles and u not too happy with that) that you have to pay 15 percent of the contract price. if you dont pay they sue. nothing to do with elite though, of course they would not do this.

elite garage is quite astonishing. there is not a car that you can even dream of that he hasnt currently got for sale. make sure your pockets are deep though...

im off now coz im telephone bidding for the rs200... wish me luck
