099 (EVO 207) - Unknown - 2.1 - LHD - White - Current owner known (LV) - USA

From the FORD records I have read I beleive this car was originally sold through Pleasurable Developments in the USA to (LV) around January 1989. This vehicle was destined to be EVO chassis 207 but retained chassis 099.
I emailed someone I thought might know and received an email a few days later from (LV) the proud owner of chassis and 099 and 197.
In April 2007 I was given some images.
