In May 2005 I read FORD paperwork that suggests this car was owned by (RP) from York and that it had index F200BRH, I can confirm this information as I spoke to him on the telephone ! He has owned her from new and uses her often.

In August 2005 (R) allowed (P) (who did a lot of work on his car) to bring it to RS National Day at Donnington which he did and we managed to get it on the parade lap, great to see it out again and in April 2007 (T) the owners son, has been in touch and given me some background on the car;
May 2014 - For some reason I have never updated the database with any photos of BRH (sorry"I have very fond memories of this car as I have grown up with it (born 1983) -The car has lived in Yorkshire for the entirety of its life and has done very many swift back road blasts. We have endeavoured to keep it as original as possible and shall continue to do so. It is a RHD 1.8 litre road car in diamond white (no stripes) on F200BRH. It has the original Recaro road seats (grey leather with tasty period 80’s inserts). Grey steering wheel and full soft road trim. It has the original radio which did not work until the late nineties (we had never bothered to try understand why because you can’t hear anything anyway, however it was probably the fault of Tickford because the radio was never earthed). The car came new to us with the lamp pod (including black cover) and the 350 bhp upgrade. My father along with a few other RS200 road car owners fitted a 3.5” rear silencer that comes out on the right hand side. A few people bought these (I am not sure if they were commissioned, factory approved or not). The car spits flames when used hard, which is fantastic. The car is maintained by (PN) an enthusiastic Ford RS Owner with a fast Escort Cosworth road car. We all hope that the car will be back together after some restoration works and that it can make some outings to RS Owner’s days or any events recommended by you.
