handbrake gaiter-boot?

can anyone tell me if the handbrake rubber gaiter-(boot)came from a differnt ford model or was it special to the 200??

The boot looks to be from a MK1 Sierra without center consel.

cant seem to find a picture of the sierra handbrake with out the centre console

Did some searching for an easier one to find that looks right.

Capri Mk1-3 rubber with metal plate, the 2.8i has a grey leather cover which would look posher than the rubber boots,

Escort Mk1-2 but the Mk2 looks better.
