Prototype 1 @ John Thompson's - Feb 1984

I have been working through some of the images Bob left me last year and have this one.
On the back of the photo it says "Proto 1 being built at John Thompson's, Wellaston, February '84"
I'm hoping someone can name the people in the shot ?
(I have also added a load more of these under the chassis number database for 001)
