In January 2008 the whole of rs200.org was bulk copied and used to create rs200.com.....
>>
It wasn't an exact copy, two entries had been changed, car #076 and my car #193 - I'll leave you to work out why this might have happened.
I know who did it and I have the evidence from my own findings and from information others have sent me (thanks). I have a whole load of emails from the person blackmailing me to change the entries that were on the website relating to a particular car.
I am told there is an rs200 book coming, I am also told it also has history changes in it. I will be interested to see how many images are used from the original site without the photographers permission as many are actually mine or my friends images taken when we have been at shows.
I did for a few months start writing my own book. I wanted to ensure the correct entries were put into black and white. It's quite easy, you just upload your files to somewhere like www.lulu.com and pay to have it published but I think that the www is where the information should be, for all to read, for all to use and now, for all to contribute to.
What took place spurred me into developing a replacement website as mine was several years old already and this is how the new site came to be.
