Carbotech pads now on and seem to work well with good pedal feel, although quite a dusty material XP8 Carbotech have now laser cut back plates from my originals for the AP closed back calipers that take the 46mm pads and can therefore line with any of their range of friction materials. Replacement caliper now sorted many thanks to Justin & Geoff, next problem
Where can i get the right pads for my car, the old ones were the 46mm wide pads
Now had 2 sets delvere both wrong, Ferodo were 50mm wide and Mintex 43mm

I think I see what you mean abit more now, If you have two nipples on each caliper the same applies as above but the furthest nipple gets bled first then the nearest one per caliper. I'm sure some one on here can answer the rest for you. Thanks for the advice Mike, have ordered a twin hose bleeder ...

Bleeding a system is fairly straightforward and not a problem, done plenty on normal cars and classics, but in the manual it says that one front and one rear break line should be open and bled at the same time to avaoid putting unnecessary strain on the break balance mechanism, dont want to be damag...

Looks like i need to replace the front pads, can anyone recommend where i can get a set from and whats the procedure in bleeding the breaks, the manual says to have one front and one rear bled at the same time. All up and running now, the twin fans are great and draw less power than the old single unit, they kick in at about 88 degrees and quickly get theb temp down .
Going to wire in an overide switch over the weekend after bleeding the brakes.
