Replacement caliper now sorted many thanks to Justin & Geoff, next problem

Where can i get the right pads for my car, the old ones were the 46mm wide pads

Now had 2 sets delvere both wrong, Ferodo were 50mm wide and Mintex 43mm

I think I see what you mean abit more now, If you have two nipples on each caliper the same applies as above but the furthest nipple gets bled first then the nearest one per caliper. Bleeding a system is fairly straightforward and not a problem, done plenty on normal cars and classics, but in the manual it says that one front and one rear break line should be open and bled at the same time to avaoid putting unnecessary strain on the break balance mechanism, dont want to be damag...

All up and running now, the twin fans are great and draw less power than the old single unit, they kick in at about 88 degrees and quickly get theb temp down .

Going to wire in an overide switch over the weekend after bleeding the brakes.
